Payroll that reaches the bank, not just the ledger.

Mystho calculates what each person is owed, in the currency they are paid in, with Cyprus statutory deductions applied correctly — and hands you the ISO 20022 file your bank needs to actually move the money.

Payroll in the currency you actually pay in

Salaries held in one currency and funded from an account in another are converted at the rate your own bank gives you — not a guessed one. The rate used is recorded on the payment, so a payslip reprinted next year shows the same figures.

Cyprus deductions, calculated properly

PAYE bands, social insurance with its annual ceiling, and the health contribution — applied per employee, including the months that carry a bonus. Employer contributions are reported separately from the employee's own.

A bank file your bank accepts

Executing a run produces an ISO 20022 pain.001 credit-transfer instruction. Every file is parsed against the official schema before you can download it, so the bank is not the first thing to find a problem with it.

Your people can answer their own questions

Employees see their payslips, tax documents and leave balance, and request time off, without going through you. Managers approve for their own reports.

Bulk work that stays bulk

Update a whole roster's earnings, deductions and contributions from one spreadsheet, and import new joiners across every profile tab rather than nine columns.

A record of what happened

Reports are built from the year's own payroll records, so mid-year joiners, leavers and bonuses are reflected rather than estimated. Every figure traces back to a payment.
